XactAnalysis Integrations

XactAnalysis offers a number of in-house and third-party integrations that increase efficiency and accuracy. The most common method involves passing assignment data back and forth between XactAnalysis and a third-party system, but you can also request integrated reports and services directly from assignments in XactAnalysis. Upon completion, reports and vendor notes appear in the assignment.

In order to integrate with a third-party company or program, you must first have an account with them. After the account is created, contact your Xactware account manager or sales representative to enable the connection with your Xactware account.

SettleAssist

SettleAssist is an online claims management system. It allows you to collect claim data, validate inspection data, and apply numerous rule sets based on guidelines, aerial CAD data, cost estimating data, and more.

DASH

Dash is a cloud-based claims management software. It allows you to create jobs, track your equipment, upload photos and speak notes directly into the job file.

MICA

MICA is a water mitigation software suite. It allows users to capture mitigation-related job data on-site and then electronically relay that data to a central repository.

Proven Solutions

Proven Solutions provides property management software for apartments, commercial properties, and other facilities. They also provide accounting, budget control, work order, and analytic solutions.

Restoration Manager

Restoration Manager is an online job management system for restoration companies. It provides real-time job data, and allows you to control schedules, monitor costs, and communicate with your technicians and trade partners.

FileTrac

FileTrac is a claims management platform that partners with software solutions that provide AI-driven business analytics, measure and estimate tools, security and data protection, and user authentication.

DKI

Moisture Mapper is a cloud-based system that offers real-time data about the drying progress of an assignment, drying equipment used, and adherence to the S-500 guidelines.

Benchmark

Benchmark reports allow you to quickly verify three different types of weather events: hail, wind, and lightning. Within just a few minutes of ordering a report, Benchmark provides detailed information about the location and conditions of these damaging weather events, cross-referenced with the location of a claim and its date of loss.
